Katherine Foster-Dalmolin Bio

Kat is a long-time Alaskan who has lived and worked in the Mat-Su Valley since 1996. A hopeless geek, she enjoys all things science fiction and fantasy, with a particular love for Star Trek and the Marvel Universe. She has many hobbies including reading, roller derby, cat rescue, and crafts. She also loves exploring the Alaskan outdoors with her husband and their blended family of 5 children, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Professionally, Kat has been a counselor for 13 years and has been using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for 5 years to help clients overcome trauma. Her goal is helping individuals break through the barriers that keep them from living full, authentic lives.

Now, Kat is also available to see clients in Arizona! If you’re located in Arizona or visiting, she is happy to provide therapeutic support no matter where you are.

Is your goal to “Live long, and prosper,” but you’re feeling like you’re falling short in certain areas of your life? If so, let me show you how to be the Captain Picard of your own life, because “There is a way out of every box, a solution to every puzzle; it’s just a matter of finding it.”

Kat’s therapeutic approach is humanistic and person-centered. For the past five years, she has used EMDR to address trauma. She is passionate about advocating for and working with youth and members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.

Welcome your new beginning today by scheduling an appointment with Kat, and let’s start your healing journey.
