As the Practice Manager at Karuna Counseling, I support the overall coordination and daily operations of the practice, working closely with both our clinicians and clients to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. My responsibilities include overseeing schedules, managing internal systems and communications, and administrative processes, and helping clients navigate questions about our services—including some aspects of billing.

I take pride in being a steady point of contact for our team and our clients. Whether I’m streamlining a workflow behind the scenes or helping someone feel more comfortable before their first appointment, my goal is to make sure everyone who interacts with Karuna Counseling feels supported and respected.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family. You can often find me outdoors—dirtbiking with my son, snowmachining in the winter, or just enjoying the fresh air. These moments keep me grounded and remind me why creating a compassionate, well-run practice matters so much.
