When you’re running on empty—mentally, emotionally, or relationally—it can be hard to know where to start.

You might be balancing college, a job or  demands of a family while also wrestling with anxiety, low mood, or the feeling that your relationships have become strained. You may be married to a veteran or  a first responder and absorbing the stress that comes home after long or difficult shifts. If you have a teen who’s hurting, you might be trying everything you can—and still feeling unsure about what will actually help.

Whatever has brought you here, there is room for relief—and for rebuilding trust, steadiness, and connection over time.

Hi, I’m Anna. I’m a mom of three, and I know how full and complicated life can be. I love music, time outdoors, and meaningful connections, whether that’s around the dinner table, out in nature, or in the quiet moments of reflection. I believe laughter matters, that relationships can heal, and that feeling truly seen makes all the difference.

As a pre-licensed counselor working towards licensure, I bring five years of experience supporting teens and families in crisis, along with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment. Together, we’ll focus on strengthening connections, building practical tools, and helping you feel more grounded and supported. If it feels right, we can also incorporate mindfulness, nature, or spiritual perspectives into your sessions.

I offer flexible scheduling in person and online at the Wasilla and Anchorage office. You don’t have to do this by yourself. I’d be honored to support you as you move toward more connection, confidence, and joy.
