Clinical Mental Health Counseling
M.A. Candidate

When you’re running on empty—mentally, emotionally, or relationally—it can be hard to know where to start.
You may be balancing college, work, family, or everyday life while navigating anxiety, low mood, grief, relationship struggles, or feeling overwhelmed. You may be married to a veteran or first responder and carrying the stress that comes home after difficult shifts. Or, if your child or teen is struggling, you may be doing everything you can to help while still feeling unsure about what they need.
Hi, I’m Anna. I’m a mom of three, and I understand how full and complicated life can be. I love music, spending time outdoors, and meaningful connection. I believe relationships can heal and that feeling truly seen can make a difference.
As a clinical intern working toward licensure under supervision, I bring five years of experience supporting teens and families in crisis. My approach is compassionate, practical, and down-to-earth, creating a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment.
I draw from EFT, MI, CBT, DBT, and ACT, and when appropriate, can incorporate mindfulness, nature, or spiritual perspectives into therapy.
I offer flexible scheduling in person and online through the Wasilla office. I’d be honored to support you toward greater connection, confidence, and joy.
