Kat is a long-time Alaskan who has lived and worked in the Mat-Su Valley since 1996. A hopeless geek, she enjoys all things science fiction and fantasy with a particular love for Star Trek and the Marvel Universe. She has many hobbies including reading, roller derby, cat rescue and crafts. She also loves exploring the Alaskan outdoors with her husband and their blended family of 5 children, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Professionally, she has been a counselor for 13 years and has been doing EMDR for 5 years. Her goal is helping clients overcome the barriers that keep them from living full and authentic lives.
